Before joining Lilly & Company in 2010, Martha interned for the David Dewhurst Committee and spent time as a campaign intern at Texans for Kay Bailey Hutchison.
Martha was born and raised in Tyler, Texas and attended the University of Texas at Austin. At UT, Martha was an active member of Pi Beta Phi sorority and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Highest Honors in English and a minor in History.
